Cherrywood Quad

A Belgian Abbey-style quadruple, aged on Cherrywood. Lush specialty Belgian grains, a touch of brewers’ sugar and monastic yeast intermingle to express classic dark fruit notes that has made the style a benchmark for centuries. Aging on exotic Cherrywood compliments the yeast esters nicely and lends a pleasantly dry finish.

Yeast Profile
Abbey-style with notes of plums, figs, raisins and dates

Dry and well-attenuated for the style, with classic abbey-style esters.

We started as “yeast-centric” brewers, establishing River North as a fermentation-first brewery. Belgian-style beers have always been a specialty of ours, and the revered quadruple is the perfect vessel to showcase how abbey-style esters interplay beautifully with other ingredients, like Cherrywood.
