America’s modern day go-to hangover cure! Invented in 1921 by Fernand Petiot, barman of the acclaimed Harry’s New York Bar, the classic, enjoyed by the likes of Ernest Hemingway, is said to have been merely vodka with tomato juice.
- Salt rim highball glass ( wipe lemon flesh around rim and in dip in salt)
- Fill with ice
- Pour in 2 ounces of vodka (or gin)
- Top with 4 ounces of Chef’s Cure Mix
- Garnish with celery stalk, lemon wedge and olive
