Bloody Maria - Mezcal Mary

This south-of-the-border spin on the classic brunch cocktail is equal parts spicy and refreshing. Swap your Eggs Benedict for Chilaquiles (Mexican breakfast dish of braised tortilla chips layered with cheese, salsa, and beans) and your Fiesta is in full effect!
