Halbleib has been brewing beer and mead for over 25 years. He is a member of the Mast Brewers Association of the America’s, and Kentucky Colonel. Asked about his favorite part of brewing, Hobbs responds that recipe development is where art, chemistry, and biology intersect. “There is never a dull moment in the brewery when art and science meet”.
