DENVER, CO – April 17, 2017 – Brewed Food, will once again hit the road from the Mile High City to collaborate with chefs and brewers across the country. Their mission is to educate and activate a new approach to cooking. An approach in which craft beer brewing is the inspiration for the new ingredients and innovative techniques that will become the bedrock in the next evolution of the culinary community. Guests will experience a multi-coursed paired dinner, in which, every dish will highlight a brewing ingredient. Our chefs will be showcasing a level of innovation and technique that guest at the typical beer dinner has never seen before. A Feast of Fermentation awaits the adventurous soul!
“From a crazy idea and some weird fermentations in my garage, to a budding food movement that has brought in some of the very best of chefs and brewers, is ridiculously cool and profoundly humbling. I am by far the least talented chef in the mix on this year’s tour. To have the likes of Rachel Yang, Ryan Smith, Terry Koval, Jose Salazar and Ryan Rogers bringing their formidable skills to help take this Brewed Food thing to the next level is something really special. So proud to cook along-side them. To be allowed to teach these culinary juggernauts about some of the brand new techniques we have developed, as well as what not to do, gleaned from many epic failures, is a true honor.”
