Michael earned a Chemical Engineering degree before coming to work at Grimm Brothers. At Grimm he started out as an intern washing dishes and worked his way up to the Lead Brewer position. Besides beer his passions are Bourbon, Bacon, Ballroom Dancing, and long walks on the beach.
Staple Beer:
My Cellar has mostly whiskey in it, but I like to have a few bottles of The Count on hand for special occasions.

Everything I need to make scrambled eggs and bacon.
