Latin America’ s go-to hangover cure! Also sometimes referred to as a Red Beer, Bloody Beer or Red Eye. Tomato, chile, and lime are the defining essence of this classic. Traditionally using Clamato, our version repurposes excess Kimchi juice to impart that desired brininess and umami, making it a Vegan cocktail.

  1. Salt rim pint glass (wipe lime flesh around the rim and dip in salt)
  2. Fill with ice
  3. Pour in 3 ounces of Chef’s Cure Mix
  4. Top with beer*
  5. Garnish with a lemon or lime
